683.809 KG OF GANJA SEIZED; 3 ARRESTED

CHITRAKONDA: On 09.09.2022 Chitrakonda PS staff led by SI A K Parida were performing blocking duty, MV checking and verification of luggage of suspected vehicles at the main raod of Rekhapali, RSC-12 and Badpadar and at about 01.25 PM they detained one blue colour Eicher 480 USJ tractor near vill-Rekhapali. Seeing police party driver of the tractor and other two persons sitting in the dala if the tractor started running towards the jungle but police party could able to appd them. During search they found 29 nos of jerry packets contains ganga of net weight 683 kg 809 gms. Being asked they disclosed that they have procured said ganga from Darakonda side and to transport to Andhra Pradesh side for selling purpose In this regard Chitrakonda PS case No -114/2022 has been registered.
